(a) Account data: your email address and subscription status. (b) Payment data: processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record — we do not see or store your full card details. (c) Usage data: basic, privacy-respecting analytics (pages viewed) and essential cookies. (d) Any message you send us (e.g. support email).
To provide and deliver your subscription content, process billing through Creem, send service/transactional messages, respond to support requests, and meet legal/tax obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
With service providers only as needed: Creem (payments, Merchant of Record, billing, tax); our email/hosting providers; and content-delivery channels you opt into (e.g. email or Telegram). These process data on our behalf under their own terms.
